Popular places to visit and things to do in the area include Duff House Country House Gallery, Fyvie Castle, Delgatie Castle, The Whisky Trail, Pennan, Historic Harbours, Banff Links, Macduff Marine Aquarium. Visitors to the area will find many breathtaking views of the countryside and long golden sandy beaches, great for artists and for photographers. Every few miles, there will be a historic site from cliff top castles to former medieval palaces, hidden from view. There are many old cemeteries to explore dating back hundreds of years. With the rich fertile Buchan land and the fantastic seafood from the North Sea.
